Stiff Alu bar/stem - recommendations?

Hi,

I'm looking for a new stiff bar (44cm c-c) and stem 130mm (preferably alu) to go on my Bianchi. I'm a big rider so don't want any wet noodle kit.

Any recommendations greatly appreciated.

Pro PLT is quite cheap, strong and quite light. A good mix. the stem is 80 degrees though rather than 84 as a lot of others are.
