2009 prizes, euro effect

This year the UK has been very good for buying continental European bikes, a lot cheaper here. I guess the main reason was that the pound has dropped dramatically against the euro since September 2007, when the prices for the 2007/2008 range were already set. For next year, will prizes for continental bikes go up the full 20% of the exchange rate drop over the last 12 months, plus a regular prize increase of, say, 5-10%? That would price Focus, Cube, Bianchi, Orbea, etc right out of the market... Any thoughts?

Buy a Spesh or Cannondale from the States......................all the makes you mention are rubbish anyway !(only joking - or am I ?)
