Big Gillets

Hi there, does anyone know where I can get a big (and i mean big) Gillet from. I'm a 48" chest and the biggest i have found does not fit, even the ones that claim they fit up to a 48" chest, so i'm guessing i need one 50" plus. Does anyone know where i can get one from?
