enjoying someting I used to do 17 years ago, but what are the thoughts these days for riding trails and wooded stuff some road, the tops of my arms hurt, I am riding a shocked hardtail. :?:
Relax the grip (rather than a death grip), get gel gloves and/or a butted bar (to reduce vibration), practice squeezing a rubber ball (to exercise the forearms).
