Should Cadel find a new team?

He didn't seem to get much support at any point during the race. Should he get a new team?

If he does, should he learn to be a bit more of a team player and lose the body guard and the separate transport?

He needs a Riis to kick his arse into gear.

Absolutely - either by joining one or by his team building one around him.

It was a joke how isolated he was during most of the Tour and no wonder he didn't produce his best TT at the end.
I'm left handed, if that matters.

I don't think he has it in him tbh. They brought in popo to help him but by the time they reached the moutains where was he? I know it's gonna be hard to be aggresive when you're as isolated as he was but hey ho luck favours the brave. A great rider but I fear he's going to be another nearly man. If only he took his frustrations out on his rivals instead of the press, then maybe the tour would of been a bit more exciting. Chappo Carlos!!

i like him as a rider but chuckin the toys out of the pram will not help him as a team player he needs to hold is hands up and admit it might be him thats not makein the team work.
bit of a atitude prob ?.
  • Im sorry but how has he not been a team player? the body guard was smart as we saw with the journalist that kept poking his injured shoulder. Seperate transport again is a good idea to get him away from the press as soon as possible and resting. He has said he hasnt got the strongest team but thats just pionting out the bleedin obvious. So how did get to
chuckin the toys out of the pram
? Im not a big Cadel fan but i wonder if Cadel doesnt get a bit of tall poppy syndrome sometimes from fans. I also wonder when people gone on about him not attacking and wheel sucking. You cant tell me he was wheel sucking on the Alpe d'Huez the final ks he was doing all the work ( and so he should he had the most to lose) he also attacked at the bottom as well although unsuccessfully.
