bike alarms

Anyone know of / had experience of alarms for bikes? I'm thinking of motion activated locks, gizmos or the like.

Are they any good (if they exist)?

    Hi. no first hand experience but there was an article (poss. a readers letter) in either C+ or the CTC mag a while back. Basically the problem was thought to be that the siren / horn part is easily disabled.
