A rider not blinging it up in yellow for the ride into Paris. No yellow bike or special edition kit by the CSC guys.

All the team had yellow bar tape (except Andy Schleck who had white), which I thought was fun.

    Voigt's bike didn't even have a saddle.

    Jens hasn't used a saddle since 2003. He's a tough b@stard!

In 2006 Robbie Hunter deliberately rode the penultimate TT without a saddle because he had such a bad saddle sore  Missed the time cut IIRC.

Thankfully Carlos wasn't in yellow shorts!

Actually, the yellow version of the Trek bike Contador rode looks much better than the usual paintjob.

Can't imagine Carlos Sastre going for a 'blingey' bike, I thought CSC were nicely understated, unlike that hideous paint job on the Pinarello Valverde was riding. I liked the maglia rose pink Trek at the Giro, but then i am female !
