Using a 7 speed casette on a 10 speed shifters

I have borrowed a set of time trial wheels that has a campag 7 speed cassette. i have shimano ultegra 10 speed STI shifters. what is the best way to set this up if indeed it is possible.

    If your bike is a TT bike with bar end shifters, switch to friction mode and you'll get away with it. For STI's you might find it works for 2 or 3 sprockets, but your indexing will be out - try it and see, but expect a lot of crunching and a noise transmission!
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
