ahem......how do you fit brake inserts on caliper brakes ?

:oops: i got my new shimano rs20 wheelset today and they are just awesome. My bike feels like weight has been removed from it and I noticed my rubber brake inserts on my caliper brakes are well worn to put it mildly. i can go to LBS and get new inserts but Ive never fitted them before. :oops: :oops:

can anybody give me brief instructions as to how its done please.

    usually a small screw on the back of alu brake housing
    remove
    take a larger screwdriver and place between rubber and brake housing
    twist and push out backwards to remove the old rubbers
    push new rubbers in
    insert screw again

    can be difficult sometimes
    use some type of lubricant if nessesary
