XCR Forsk on GT Aggressor 2.0 - How do they work?

Just bought a GT Aggressor 2.0 from Halfords, my old bike had no suspension and I don't know how to operate the XCR forks.

I understand how the remote lock out works for on-road riding, but there is a knob on left side with plus/minus on that can be turned, what happens when you turn it each way?

Thanks for any advice

The adjuster on the forks is for preloading the spring to get the correct amount of sag.

You should have approx 30% of the fork's travel as sag, when on the bike in your riding gear & in the riding position.
