Are Ceramic bearings worth the extra?

The bottom bearing on my Cane Creek S8 is starting to feel a bit rough (from impacts rather than dirt by the looks of it)
On chain reaction it costs more for the bearings than I paid for the whole headset from them
After doing a search on here I found this site looks the best/cheapest for a replacement.
As above though would it be worth paying £45 for the ceramic ones

Or just pay £16 for these stainless steel ones?

Thanks for any advice people

if you know the bearing code, usually written on it, you can usually pick them up cheaper from a bearing supplier. Stainless is just fine.0

I had a look on some bearing sites and didn't have much joy.
All it says on it is cane creek 1-11/8, 36 x 45 deg and the code on it (which I put in on a few bearing sites) is HSS20131, stainless.0 -

Cheers, they are the right size but after they add the delivery charge the stainless ones cost $43 (£21 ish)0
