brake compatability

ive finally decided to upgrade my 2002 kona nunu to disc brakes. are they actually compatabile, do i need an adapter of is it not possible to mount them? i am just bothereed about the frame,

Do you have disc ready wheels? (£100+ if not)

Are your forks disc compatible? (£100+ if not)

Are your current brakes on separate mounts from the shifters? (~£35+ if not)

You can get an adaptor to fit some frames, A2Z do one.
