Got a Orbit Helium, the bundled Tektro brakes are a bit lousy so considering changing then. Been recommended Shimano R650 for £30 each.

Groupset is Campagnolo Veloce. Tektro brakes are long arm calipers. Is it worth changing for £60?
Say... That's a nice bike..

I doubt you would see £60 worth of improvement changing to the R560s.
If your Tektro brakes are in good condition why not try some better shoes. Everyone seems to recommend Koolstop Salmon, i found Cheaper Fibrax shoes from CRC to work well on my Tektro long drop calipers.

Hi Father Jack, long time no hear. I replaced my tektros with Shimano Super SLX, I then swapped the pads for Koolstop and I now have a good set of brakes. I'd try the pads first as it's the cheaper option and you can always use them on the shimano brakes if you buy them. The main reason I swapped pads was I wore out a set of Mavic Cosmos rims inside a year with the standard Shimano pads.
