iBike systems - available in the UK?

So I finally see a couple of articles about the iBike system in the UK. I'm interested in a power meter that'll work with a Garmin Edge, but can't work out if iBike have a UK distributor (or anyone that even sells the kit in the UK). Anyone know the answer?

Has anyone ever made sense of what kits are required on the iBike website?
