Does anyone know if there is a way that you can adjust the brake levers on Campag Centaurs to bring the levers closer to the drops? I find the reach a little much at the moment and if I could bring it in a tad it'd be much more comfortable.

Cheers

i'll go for the obvious first. you have got the brakes closed by pushing the little button in at the top of the lever?

if so you probably need to change the bars  as each set/make of bars differ in how much reach they offer.

One possible option if you need to make only a small adjustment is to get one of the small, self-adhesive silicone rubber pads (about 5mm diameter and 2mm thick) that are sold to stop cupboard doors from banging closed. If you stick this in the gap where the top of the lever stops against the body, it has the effect of keeping the lever slightly closed and holds the level closer to the bars.

Experiment with the angle of the bars and where the levers are positioned too - some shops don't quite get it right. If that still doesn't work, look at some of the 'compact' bars from the likes of FSA, which have tighter bends and so the levers are closer.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

I'll second Monty's suggestion, the position needs to be fiddled with, we send customers out with untaped bars for a few rides first, and we have been selling loads of the FSA bars, the wing pro aero anatomic shallow (in 2014 ally) and the slk shallow (carbon) to customers who've come in for fitting - these bars shorten the reach and have the added benfit that they shorten the reach to the levers.
    Good luck,
