After going to the Peak District for a few days last year, totally unprepared, i couldn't find a single good trail to ride after looking around for ages

so this time i need your help!

i'm going to be staying in the white peaks area so somewhere near there would be good

i'm not looking for XC trails, something abit tougher than that if possible

please help me find some good trails =)

thankyou

MBR mag had a Killer Loop in the White Peaks, in their 2007 guide. 27miles and if their Dark Peak Killer was anything to go by, this one would test you too. Starts off near Bakewell. Don't have it mapped electronically - it's available for MemoryMap, but perhaps another forumite does?

Plus, I haven't read it and thus can't recommend, but there is a ride guide ISBN 0954813146, White Peak Mountain Biking: The Pure Trails that you can find on sites like Amazon, about £13.

I'd be interested to hear how you get on - could be a good day out for my P'boro bunch. Good luck
