Obsessed?

...I am. I must ride my bike every day. Even days when I need "active recovery". I read about cycling, watch DVDs about cycling, I'm on this forum and I spend money on cycling. I am obsessed  I even work at a crumby job as it is a decent bike ride there and back...obsession, a wonderful thing
...any other obsessives out there? Maybe we could start a self help group or something...

As obessions go though, I don't think they get any better, or more healthy 8)Felt F70 05 (Turbo)

Not quite obsessed (that's reserved for surfing) but a LOT more into it than I used to be. Seem to be spending rather a lot of various bits and bobs but enjoying it immensely.
A bit obsessed with exercise in general - cycle every weekday, usually at weekend too, run around 4 miles off road twice a week, do weights twice a week, surf, etc, etc!0 -
I hadn't really thought about it, but when I started to tick the boxes !
Cycle most days, sometimes double my commuter distance just for the hell of it, ride MTB at weekends, watch the Grand Tours, and 1 day classics, track racing, etc, with the zeal of an F1 fan (but at least I get to see people overtake). My job isn't crap, but it's not brilliant, but it does mean I have a nice ride in.
Do I need help :?:0 -
Let's face it, we're posting on an internet forum. That makes us all obsessed in my book.

I guess it's only an obsession if you admit to it :?0 -

I ride at least 6 days a week.
To go to work I add 3.5 miles just for fun.
I ride my MTB via a 20mile off road detour to work 1 day a week.
When I am at home I'm reading about bikes, fixing/cleaning/tweaking my bikes or talking about bikes.
I spend too much money on my bikes as well just to top it off.
At least it is a healthy obsession though. It keeps me fit and healthy and cuts my fuel costs. By learning to maintain bikes my bike maintenance costs are lower then they would have been (would have still needed a bike)
I always fine that cycling is the best way to DE stress and get away from it all with some time to myself so I guess it also makes me mentally healthier (although the misuses just thinks I am mental).Giant TCR advanced 2 (Summer/race)

What about an hour on a turbo trainer five days a week (My commute isn't long enough and domestic arrangements restrict the time I have to get to and from work)?

I'm always thinking about buying bike related items and usually act on it. The spending has to stop. :shock:0
