Foot Pain
I bought a new bike about two months ago and have been getting a cramping pain in the outside of my right foot. The pain comes on after about 20 mins and gets progressively worse eventually forcing me to stop...as a short term measure I have replaced my road pedals and shoes with SPD's from my mountain bike.
My left foot is absolutely fine. I have tried moving the angle of the cleat which did alleviate the pain a bit but it's still there.
I've seen these wedges on the Cyclefit web site http://www.cyclefit.co.uk/lemond.html
Has anyone tried them and had success? Indeed has anyone any experience of Cyclefit? Would you recommend them?
