Suffolk coast bike ride - 10th August

Mrs DF and I are expanding our mileages by taking part in the above (60 miler), have any other forum users completed this in previous years (or plan to this year)?.

Am I way off in assuming because of the geographic location this is likely to be pretty gentle terrain?.

I used to live in the area and cycle on most of the roads used in this ride and you are correct in assuming it's gentle terrain.
