I want to change to 10 speed sprocket but I have 9 speed rear deraileur and 9 speed shifter...
Is it possible ? Are there any tricks for it ?
In the vote, let me rephrase the question ..
Should I change to 10 speeds ?

Thanks

in order to answer your question it would be helpful to know what equipment you have fitted .If you have Campag shifters you can convert the RH lever to 10 speed by buying the rachet. The 9 speed front and rear mech will work fine whatever make they are .(10 speed is narrower than 9 )
If Shimano shifters you'll have to purchase a 10 speed RH shifter

Because I want to upgrade it and also want to close the sprocket ratio..

    Hi there.

I don't understand this poll... At the moment, 40% of people have voted for 10 speed... You have a 9 speed groupset, a 10 speed cassette just won't work.

You'll need to upgrade your STIs and your rear derailleur, as well buying a new cassette.

If you want to close your ratios, buy a 11-21 cassette!

    Cheers, Andy

Actually Andy you don't need to upgrade your rear mech from 9 to 10 thats a falacy . 10 speed cassette is narrower than 9 speed and it will cope perfectly well.
Just need a cassette £27.00 ultegra and upgrade your rachet to 10 spd if its Campag or buy a new right hand STi if shimano.
I've not tried it but I'm willing to bet even a 9 speed chain will work fine with the 10 speed cassette . There is a lot of inbuilt tolerance in the STi system

New cassette, new chain, new right hand shifter. Shimano shifters are super expensive to boot. It would be better to upgrade wholesale or not bother at all.

FWIW, you cannot run a ten speed cassette with a 9 speed shifter. You can run 10 speeds with a 9 speed rear derailleur.
