Converting to a triple

Anyone know how hard/costly it would be to switch a Specialized Allez Elite 08 to a triple. It's currently a compact (Tiagra/105 mix).

    Not hard at all - just need a few allen keys presuming you have a HollowTech II type bottom bracket.

    Priced in Tiagra:
    - triple chainset £45
    - front mech £15
    - long arm rear mech £20
    - 9spd chain £7

    The bottom bracket and front shift lever should be compatible with the triple provided you have a recent Tiagra groupset already fitted
