Live video streaming on the net

Can anybody tell me whether it's possible to get live video streaming of today's stage on my pc. I haven't any access to Eurosport on the tv but would really like to watch the live stage.

not sure about itv4 - I know the ASO has contacted alot of the sites with links to streams of the live stages and asked them to be removed

http://www.cyclingfans.com has several free live streaming options. I'm watching a eurosport one, but they have others too.
