    he comes across,IMO ,as a pleasant enough chap(unlike everyones current darling Cavendish) and if he wins the Tour clean he'll have thoroughly deserved it.Hes not the greatest climber in the world but hes good enough and gutsy enough to pretty much keep up with the best.Hes a fine time triallist and thats no easy option to be scoffed at(its not called the race of truth for nothing)even if it doesnt make for the most exciting TV watching.
    Everyone on this and other forums are bleating about drugged riders ruining the sport,im pretty sure Evans is clean so lets give him his due for making the most of the talents he has without recourse to cheating.
