Rear derailler probs!

Hi,
Im an enthusiastic amateur and attempted to change the chain and cassette on my MTB this week. I bought a new 32 cassette having removed a 28 cassette from the bike. On attempting to put the gubbins back together the derailler doesnt seem to sit correctly below the new (and larger) cassette.
Any ideas what Ive done wrong???
All help will be muchos appreciated..

adjust the B screw.
