Does anyone have any info/high res pictures of Alejandro Valverde's tour bike?

I'd rather walk than use Shimano
  • Certainly is a very nice bike.

That's quite a good shot of the Prince - not got the yellow detailing but a damn nice piece of equipment....

Love the standard Prince but reckon Valverde's looks pretty naff. The yellow used is awful if it's representing the Spanish flag/colours. The Prince's owned by our own hallowed forum users look far better IMO.

Thats a damn euro bike JashBurnham!

White saddle, pinarello prince, assuming those fulcrums are your training wheels, good skewer positioning, white SRAM shifter hoods are awesome. Good crank position as well, although not sure about the speedplays...

Fantastic background, and I love the way the water bottle holders match the frame colours!

Now put a set of Boras on that thing and make it stand up by the hand of god, and then it would be perfect!

Cheers! Speedplays (IMHO) are the absolute dogs ding dongs, best pedals I've ever used by a long way.
The hoods are actually Wallonne White "Hudz" ( http://www.grabthehudz.com/products.html) I couldn't put SRAM on a Pinarello - it's equipped with Chorus througout.
No Bora's sadly as I don't like Tubs, considering some FFWD clinchers though. http://www.ffwdwheels.com/product.asp?idCategory=93&page=4

Just got back from the gran fondo pinarello and whilst there saw one of his bikes in the shop being raffled off.
They took off the light weight wheels and put campag bora on.
Nice bike, almost as nice as mine :D

jash, I prefer yours to Valverde's. However . . . . mine knocks them both into a cocked hat.

If only I knew how to post a picture

Intrigued now Harry, doubtless you have some lovely Bora's or something - perhaps a carbon stem/bar combo? Posting an image is easy. Firstly host the photo somewhere on t'internet - (I use Flickr), then navigate to said photo on Flickr and you'll see the following:

Simply grab the image's URL (copy the text in option 2), then create a new post in Bikeradar and type [img][/img]paste%20the%20text%20from%20Flickr%20here,%20then%20type and hey presto the image will appear once you submit the post.
