ISIS Vs External

Heya,

If i replace my bottom bracket from a Race Face ISIS to its newer external BB, will i need my frame 'faced'? And does facing just mean skimming the surfaces of the bottom bracket?

Yes, and yes, basically. You can't use your existing chainset with it though.

yes you will if you have not already had it done.

fgaceing is explained on Parktools webby. and no you can not do it with a file at home.

As the object is to have the bb sheel faces perpendicular to the bb axis.
