How can I watch now?

Hi,

Am in Barcelona at a science conference. My flight isn´t until this evening but I have nowhere I watch today´s stage on a television. However, I could hog a PC all afternoon - where do I need to go to watch a live streaming of it, preferably with Engish commentary?

Please help...

    I use the eurosport one, but with the German sound down. The English commentary comes from a separate feed, with about 30 seconds delay
