First ride on my new bike today and my god did i miss my tripple front ring didn't know what had hit me on the climbs think a bit (lot) more fitness required. :oops:

well i am defo lacking fitness REDDRAGGON but will be on the bike every day this week as i have booked a week off work just to watch the TDF alpine stages ride in the morning sit in front of the box all afternoonMy bike
