where's my tripple

First ride on my new bike today and my god did i miss my tripple front ring didn't know what had hit me on the climbs think a bit (lot) more fitness required. :oops:

I started road biking with a 50-36 and 12-23, and not once did I think I lacked low gears, I just thought I was unfit/untrained - now I wouldn't even consider a triple on a "Racing" bike.

well i am defo lacking fitness REDDRAGGON but will be on the bike every day this week as i have booked a week off work just to watch the TDF alpine stages ride in the morning sit in front of the box all afternoon

I cycle on a road bike. Is a racing bike something one might aspire to?

Well yeh, if you want to race and you've only got a Touring bike.

If I had one of those there racing bikes would I have to race everywhere?
