Grease for carbon seatpost and frame
I've just built up a new bike and have been plauged with noise from my seapost when in the saddle. I know that you can only use certain types of grease with carbon posts and frame. Just to see if it would do the trick I used some teflon grease this morning and it's now lovely and quiet. Is teflon grease ok for carbon or should I clean it off immediately and try another type? If so what type?

I had Finish Line's Carbon Fiber Assembly Gel recommended to me.
Haven't been out on my good bike since applying it though.0 -
Don't use an oil-based grease, even if it's got teflon, lithium, etc in it.
