I just bought the bike mentioned in the subject of this topic.
The gears seems to crunch so much and never sound happy at all no matter how much I adjust the derailleur.

does anyone know how i can solve this problem?

    back to the shop for sorting as it should be supplied in working order.

    or have a read of parktools about setting up your gears, it should only be a case of adding some tension to the cables as they do stretch in the first few weeks of use.
