New fork = new brake adaptor?

Hi all
Got a new Fox 36R coming to replace my Revelations. As I understand it, the Fox has a Post mount while my current forks have an IS mount.
The brakes I have are Hope mono minis, and I think I need a new brake mount adapter. The problem is, which one?
Looking at http://www.hopegb.com/voir_hbm_image__tgrandeimage_1.html I'm guessing "C" (I have 203mm rotors).
Any help greatly appreciated, I find this very confusing.
