have cycled to work everyday this week - probably 8 miles a day with the last bit on the way in getting to the top of St Georges Hill really getting easier now! And then a day on site up and down ladders etc. :D

    Top effort - still only doing 3/week myself but I have the lame excuse of being a) a desk jockey and b) useless at planning to have a week's worth of clean gear stashed at work.
