which year? coil or air? and what do you mean by harden?

OK it should be a 2002 year fork? with coil spring and U-turn.

to correct the sag you will need a new spring. to stiffen the rebound adjust the adjuster or get it services as the oil may be "dead".

To make the fork "harder" a new fork.

I assume there coil as i cant find a valve like on the rear shock. On top of the shocks there is a twist adjuster on the left side of the fork? Problem i have is it was set up originally for someone who weighs almost 7 stone i weigh considerably more (15 stone). So when im peddling the front is just dipping to much.

    new spring is required then.
