    Dude I think you upset a few folks but I know what you're talking about. I'm a truck driver and see my fair share of bad road users.(both cars and bike riders. Actually truckies aswell) I think that if you drive a car badly then you will ride that bike the same inconsiderate way. As a truckie I constantly slag off car drivers. However the majority are pretty good. Their have been times when roadies have tried to undertake me, but I just think to myself that, if they want to run the risk of getting squashed under 32 tonnes of truck then thats their own stupid fault. Just don't think that the judge would see it that way though.

    I'll be honest I'm not really bothered about how people chose to ride their bikes, be it on pavements, through red lights etc.

    What I was getting at was the amount of people who seem to class themselves as "proper roadie cyclists" who are basically rude and inconsiderate (and this extends beyond not returning a wave etc), either to other road users or even "fellow roadie cyclists".

    It seems to be a commonly recurring thread in the beginners section as newcomers start to notice it and this attitude must put quite a few people off delving deeper into the sport.
