elusive derailleur hanger

i recently broke my hanger out on a ride and im having more trouble than anything trying to find a replacement, ive got one from chain reaction cycles which looked similar but didnt fit, also ive sent emails to various places asking if they can help but they have said they dont have them in stock and there suppliers don't keep them either, so ive hit a brick wall, does anybody on here have any suggestions to where i can get one (see pics below). My bike is pretty much useless without this so its quite frustrating to say the least, if any body can point me in the right direction i will be more than grateful.
thanks.
thanks.

So what is it off?
have you contacted the shop that supplied the bike? or any other shop that sell the brand?
Looked on Betd?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

oh the bike is an iron horse g 8, (its not great but it does the job). the sites ive seen so far that say there hangers are compatible with my bike are the same hangers that i got from chain reaction which dont fit.
ive tried betd, and a load of others, nobody seems to have them. ive had the bike for about 8 years and the shop i got it from no longer exists, the frame is the only original part of the bike really.0 -
i would drop Iron hose a line.
and Call BETD as they may be able to makes you some up from that broken one."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

yes thats the nearest one i could find, i actually bought it but had to send it back as it doesnt fit.
ive contacted betd they said id need to send in my frame and the broken hanger so they can machine a new one, which would cost £50 not including p+p so now im just waiting on iron horse to get back to me, if that fails then its time for a new frame i think. ive been wanting a giant reign for years anyway only problem is how am i gonna afford it lol.0 -

instead of a new frame look at using a HONE rear mech and compatible rear hub.
as it bolts onto the rear axle and makes the hanger redundant."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

when i got my frame it didnt come with a hanger and as an unbranded carbon frame i had absolutely No idea what to look for! i ended up making up a template using some perspex to get the shape of the frame side and then the hanger off the old frame for the lower shape, got soem chequerplate of a neighbour and slowly set about making one up from that (5mm thickness) and then drilled it out for the mounting and mech, as chances had it, it was pretty close! (had to file of the raised chequer plate section)
not the best method i'm sure but got me out of a hole and riding again! could be a last resort if you cant stretch to a frame?? (i know its not always as simple as buying a frame like that!)Timmo.

mmmm thats an idea, only thing is i have an adaptor over the drop out for my disk brake as my frame has no bosses for the disk brake to fix to, the quick release bolt has to be removed completely for the wheel to be removed, do you think that would be a problem as i really dont want to go back to brake pads.
thanks for all your advice.0
