Best Courier for sending a bike?

I have my bike on ebay right now and I put a price of £25 for delivery but I can't seem to find a quote anywhere near that.

Does anyone have any suggestions of a courier to use - 48 hour service or something would be fine.

It probably weighs around 10kg.

I used Parcelforce years ago but there maximum parcel size (combined length and girth of 3m) is difficult to get a bike in.

I have a box here that TNT sent a bike in - with the wheels on and everything so it is 178x110x20 so it would be great if I could just use that.

Thanks a lot.
I'm left handed, if that matters.

never had a prob with parcelforce taking a bike actually, and I've recently posted two. one with wheels in the box and one with wheels in a seperate box.

I think the problem is the size of the box - I've just spoken to my local LBS (really local, I can see it from here) and he's getting a delivery of bikes tomorrow so I'll get a smaller one.

Shouldn't be a problem if I can get the dimensions small enough.

Thanks for that link - there are a few options there.
