Doctors letter for French sportiv?

There was a thread with info about a doctors letter for French sportivs but I can't find it. I don't suppose anybody else can?
The reason for asking is I'll be in Provence in early September and fancy riding either the Vercors Drome or Les Routes du Ventoux (both from an earlier thread).

I'll be riding the Vercors Drôme as well. It's a great event, not too difficult and with a great atmosphere and brilliant organisation.0
