Which short sleeved jersey?

I am wanting to buy a tight fitting race jersey that wont flap in the wind nor for the fabric to be made up completely of polyester. Don't want to spend more than £45.

Any recommendations guys?

    I bought one of these from GB Cycles. Good fit and material. Not too thin and stretchy. They look much better in real life than in the picture. They are a close fit. I'm a 40'' chest and the Large is a snug fit.

    If you have a Decathlon that you could visit do so, their cycle clothing is well underated and excellent value for money, and yes I do own some - summer and winter gear :D
