can you put blade type spokes in?

Hi can you change fromn normal spokes to the blade styled ones? if so what are the benefits of both options?

Yes, at a price. The benefits are a small aerodynamic advantage that is probably not worth the cost and work of changing. If you are buying new wheels check the cost difference with the builder.

but not the full blade type that is common now. as the blade still has to go through the same spoke hole.
