Cycling Clubs in Seattle,WA, USA

I will be visiting Seattle at the end of the month for a week. Is there a club with whom I could go for a ride , please suggest some good clubs if you know of any and also if there any good bike shops which I can visit ?

www.bikeforums.net has a local section. I'm sure you could find something there. WA and OR are the leaders in cycling in the USA atm.
