i have problems with my disc can u help

when i go to pull the leaver my cable just pull straight through and my caliber sticks on could any body give me some advice

    what brakes?

    replace the inners and outers.

    i have replaced the cables and it still sticks on the on the caliper does

    dont matter i got a new 180 guseet caliper and disck wavy
