Here's a silly question
How do you adjust/center brake shoes on Campag (Centaur) brakes?
I'm getting brake rub from the left rear pad. I've only ever had to adjust Shimano brakes previously and they have that rather handy brake shoe centering screw on the calliper.
I've had a read through the '7225308_SKELETON_Brakes_05_07' PDF on the Campagnolo site and don't feel any the wiser.

the 'boss' (is that the term) will have flats on it - pass an open ended spanner and turn into the centre.
look at where, on the caliper, the bolt goes through the fork / stay-bridge - you will see the flats there.0 -
I noticed the spanner flats on the instructions but that seems to be done up tight as it is.
Have found an adjustment screw on the calliper (E on fig. 8 of instructions) but unfortunately it's already full adjusted in the direction I need it to go, i.e. only adjustment in the screw pulls the left pad tighter to the rim.0 -
Slacken the retainer nut, hold the caliper centrally with a spanner on the flats and then retighten the nut - caliper should hopefully sit and work fineMake mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0
