What GPS?

What GPS, have normally just used a map but have decided with memory map and otbher software it would be useful.

I need it to be waterproof, durable, easy to use and well equipped with a good spec, am looking to spend around £100.

Have looked at Garmin E-Trex and a Magellan Triton 200 and i am going to look for some more, have you any recommendations

    I use a nomal PDA with gps and Memory map - works great. Nice maps and you can see where youve been(speed height time etc)
