Cranks

I am currently putting together my build and ive came across a little problem.
I just fitted my BB and was putting the cranks on. Ok no problem there! BUT the L crank arm will hit the frame and there is only about 1mm space on the R side!
Frame is a Static Plan B and the cranks are We the People Royals (shouldnt make any difference but thought id throw it in) and the BB is the static one supplied!
Would i need some extra spacers like
