Claud Butler 531 - probably 60's or 70's made by Holdsworth.
22 inch frame - professionally resprayed at some pint - in battleship grey. a few scratches, but fairly good, no dents or dings. This model looks to me like a majestic touring model - it has horizontal dropouts.
Parts are as follows
Brooks B17 saddle - loks like original seatpost.
original GB handlebar stem and handlebars - I believe.
rear wheel - new weinmann alloy 27 inch - non track specific - suicide cog.
Front - Shimano Altus hub on alloy rim.
tires - new world tour
chainst 42t steel NOS
dura ace 16t track cog.
