Polar service centre

I have just used the Polar service centre to fix cycling computer/HRM. Fantastic service. Within 3 days of sending it off I'd had a written quote for the work, rang to pay, had it back 2 days later.

Dont know why i get so impressed by such things. Maybe because it's so rare.

    Yes I was impressed the the service I received (under warranty) from Polar, returned within three days.
    Only thing I can add is that my Cat Eye computer which cost considerably less hasn't neeed to be repaired in two years, yet my Polar died within 6 weeks!
