Orbea Opal - anyone got one?

Hi folks. I've got the chance to buy an Orbea Opal frameset for a good price. Anyone got one? And anyone know what they're like?
I currently ride (a lot) for pleasure rather than race, but like to go fast all the same. Even so, my main worry is the stiffness of the ride: I know Opals are meant to be VERY stiff indeed - and I don't want it to kill me every time I take it out. Having said that, I ride an Alu framed Orbea at the moment, which is pretty stiff and I don't really notice it.
Anyone have a sense of the comparison?

I have an orca, a bit different from a opal I know but I think that if you are currently riding a alu frame any carbon frame is going to be smoother. IMHO.It’s the most beautiful sport in the world but it’s governed by ***ts who have turned it into a crock of ****.0
