hi all
too the bike out yesterday and did a trail in which there are huge rocks. went down one side of one and misjudged the gradient of the downslope and had to bail out (...onto my head...). the bike took the bront of the fall and landed somehow fully on the left pedal, and crank arm. when i had a look at it it looked fine, but when i rotated the crank arm there seemed to be a grinding which felt although it was sending vibrations throughout the frame. it may have been grit stuck in the bb but could i have damaged some internals? cheers guys

strip it and have a look. you could have done anything."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
