remove the top caps and poor the oil out.
refil with 7.5wt oil. quantities can be found on Marz's site and on windwaves webby."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

is it literally that easy? unbolt the top caps and pour it out? do i need to unwind the preload completely before i do it, as the allen key adjuster for it is in the top cap, and i dont want the springs shooting out a my face when i undo them!Trek Remedy 7 2009
