remove the top caps and poor the oil out.

refil with 7.5wt oil. quantities can be found on Marz's site and on windwaves webby.

is it literally that easy? unbolt the top caps and pour it out? do i need to unwind the preload completely before i do it, as the allen key adjuster for it is in the top cap, and i dont want the springs shooting out a my face when i undo them!

also, jsut looking at the manual, it says about oil heights and stuff, but it only has the measurements for with the springs removed. any idea on how to do that?
