Fitting Panaracer XC Pro

uhmm bit of a noob question this, but I just bought some of these tyres and from the arrows on the side it looks as if you're supposed to fit each tyre such that it rolls rotationally in different directions depending on if it's on the front or on the rear. "Absolute F and R design", according to the blurb.

i.e. moving the tyre from the front to the rear you would turn it around so that it rolls in the opposite direction. Seems strange...have I got that right?
